    You are so right on!! Love, and expressing love, makes us feel more connected!

    When I’ve been unhappy (because I am not living my dream or even trying to follow one), I feel lost, isolated, even numb – so unconnected. Yet, when I see your list of the things you love, I see half of those things on my list and I feel at home again.

    [I love dogs, cats, trees, leaves, driftwood, pasta, post-it notes, mechanical pencils, early morning coffee, candles, and peace symbols.]

    Thank you for reminding me to “let the love out” and tell people how much I care about them.

      Love is powerful. I believe it an action. The only way to feel love is to express love. I think the most powerful way to express love is to pursue our dream.

      I like the phrase “let the love out” – That put a big smile on my face!

    Deep post! I thought you were going to get very romantic on us when I read the headline!

    I’ve never thought of doing what you’d like to do as love – more as something that will make you extremely happy or passionate in life. But I get the love concept too. The more likely it is we love doing something, the more likely it is we’re following our dream.

    I agree that we need to love the life we live…I would even go as far as saying that we should try to love every minute of it. If we find that we aren’t, then something’s gotta change…most likely within us.

      I like what I’m reading Mrs. Wehn. I think it’s a big question but a scary one. “Why am I not enjoying this?” It’s scary because it often requires big changes.

      It blows my mind – that change is pivotal to our happiness and well being yet so many of us battle with it.

      I read an article recently that stated we cannot love anyone else more than we love ourself. I don’t know if that is true or not – but I do know that the more we love ourselves the more capable we are at expressing love towards others.

      When we pursue a dream it gives us the opportunity to expand our capacity of love. Pretty cool stuff ;) .

          It sounds so funny to “love ourselves” but it’s true. Makes me smile every time I think about it. I have a funny image in my head of me giving myself a hug… :)
